Our seismic retrofit design services include vulnerability assessment of existing buildings using both linear and nonlinear analysis, determining target performance levels, and selecting appropriate retrofit strategies. During this process, structural deficiencies are identified, and solutions such as shear walls, bracings, concrete or steel jacketing, and FRP strengthening are proposed. The retrofit scheme is then developed through numerical modeling and design to produce a detailed implementation plan. The goal is to enhance seismic safety and ensure compliance with building code requirements.
